Baseball All Across America - A Recent Visit to Camden Yards Baltimore Maryland

Camden Yards Baltimore MDBaseball, is a near and dear sport to many.

Because of television everyone gets to watch baseball, but not everyone gets to be at a baseball stadium and smell it, feel it and enjoy it.  This week we took a drive to our neighboring state Maryland and enjoyed 2 days of baseball at their Camden Yards.  We went because we are Red Sox fans and this is where they were playing for 2 days.  But Baltimore was a great host and we enjoyed ourselves.

As we were driving home, we discussed all of the states across our great country that do not have close proximity access to a professional baseball stadium.  What a shame!  My advice, make baseball a destination vacation.  You will be glad you did.

Navona, While I am a life long, dyed in the wool YANKEES fan, "The Yard" is one of my favorite ball parks, I have been fortunate to be able to see quite a few in my lifetime. When they tore down Comisky Park I vowed to embark on a "stdium tour vacation" that has yet to happen, but it is still in my bucket list. Have a great summer

Great photos and love seeing the skyscrape in the background.  We support the Rangers here and fingers crossed for another great year!

Camden Yards is a wonderful ballpark. If only they could wins a few more games for the fans.

Will, we would love to vacation to your part of the world and catch a game.  I will be sure to call for advice on what to do when we come your way.

Connie, keep supporting your team!

Roy, every time I cross into Maryland I think of you!

Alan, they do need to win!  When we were there it felt like more Boston Red Sox fans than Orioles fans.

kirstal, for me baseball equals family.  This is one of the reasons I love it so much.

Judi, It is a good family event, for some a little pricey, but I believe well worth it.  I have never been in Kansas City.

Mike, we all have our teams!  We don't see many Tigers cames on television.
