We all have them~~beautiful homes, priced right, in a great location, great sellers and no showings.  The sellers want an open house and the thought of sitting for hours waiting on someone to show up feels like a prison term.  

I host a "Wine & Cheese" open houses.  I begin by inviting my past clients, neighbors and advocates and supporters of the community.  Add good food and flavorful wine and a good open house will happen.  The sellers are always happy that I am doing something to bring in people to their home. And the visitors and guests are always happy to help me find someone to be the next owner of the home.

Navona, we won't be hearing you whining about Open Houses being a waste of time!  A well planned, well publicized Open House is an important part of any good marketing plan.

Good morning Navona. We do open houses all the time for home we flip, have had lots of success, but it takes a lot of preparation.
