Homes in the Heart of Virginia: Happy Hour Open House

Happy Hour Open House

We all have them~~beautiful homes, priced right, in a great location, great sellers and no showings.  The sellers want an open house and the thought of sitting for hours waiting on someone to show up feels like a prison term.

I host a "Wine & Cheese" open houses.  I begin by inviting my past clients, neighbors and advocates and supporters of the community.  Add good food and flavorful wine and a good open house will happen.  The sellers are always happy that I am doing something to bring in people to their home. And the visitors and guests are always happy to help me find someone to be the next owner of the home.

Building community one open house at a time!

Great food from The Bakery makes for a great open house.Great wine purchased at The Bakery makes for happy guests.

Food and beverage provided by a local eatery, The Bakery.  Always good food~~a very important component of the open house.

Navona, we won't be hearing you whining about Open Houses being a waste of time!  A well planned, well publicized Open House is an important part of any good marketing plan.
